This senior position requires a candidate who is prepared to manage all aspects of an interior design project, from concept development, through project running, scheduling, purchasing and delivery, to the completion of the project.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive, talented and creative Interior Designer/ Interior Architect who can act as the main contact with each client and who will be focused on client satisfaction.

Project types include Refurbishments, New builds and Change of use.

Your main duties will include:
* Interpreting client brief
* Producing presentation documents for pitches and scheme proposals
* Carrying out relevant research and proposing design concepts
* Coordinating budgets, schedules and programs
* Liaising with our in-house architects and project management team
* Liaising with external team of subcontractors and suppliers
* Overseeing project running on site
* Continually maintaining and updating product and sample libraries

Successful candidate will have
* Architectural / Design related qualifications – degree level or similar
* You will be an experienced, proactive and innovative Interior Designer/ Interior Architect
* You will have extensive client facing experience
* A wide knowledge of high-end furniture and materials suppliers is essential, as is experience working on bespoke furniture items
The ideal candidate must demonstrate
* A strong background in Residential sectors post 2010
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign and photoshop
