We are proudly recruiting for a long-standing market leader within the e-learning sector. Due to their increased growth, we currently have exciting opportunities for 2 Learning Designer to join their busy team. The organisation offers opportunities to develop your existing knowledge, skills, and experience within a rapidly growing and successful environment.

The role will be working closely with clients, project managers and the design & development teams to utilise client materials for storyboarding and scripting a variety of e-learning programmes, animations and interactive videos appropriate for their corporate blue-chip clients.

Each day will involve internal idea generation and creating brainstorms to conceive themes, formats and approaches for e-learning materials. In return the client are offering a highly competitive salary band, free on-site parking, hybrid working, training and career progression.

We are looking for Learning Designers who meet our key requirements:

* Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external teams.

* Ability to create engaging and interactive storyboards and scripts from complex briefs.

* High levels of computer literacy and proficiency on MS Office suite such as Word and Powerpoint.

* Able to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.

* Knowledge of creative mediums like graphics and animations.

* Prior experience of learning theories and educational content structuring/curriculum planning skills.

* Utilise effective communication skills in visual, oral and written form to articulate complex concepts.
