Salary: £26,000 per year
My client is looking for customer service agents to join their busy call centre based in Hastings. This is an exciting time to join their growing team with an opportunity to build a career.
You will be taking incoming calls from existing customers, dealing with enquiries, amendments and cancellations as well as offering advice to ensure excellent customer service.
No previous experience is needed, as long as you have a great telephone manner, you are confident on the telephone and you have a minimum of 5 GCSE`s.
You will be working 35 hours a week on a shift pattern basis covering 8am – 8pm with some weekend working.
My client offers full training for the position as well as a range of benefits which include healthcare, pension and holiday discount.
The client offers an attractive salary and commission structure first year OTE are expected to be £26,000.
