Printer Support Engineer

We now have an exciting career opportunity for a Printer Support Engineer to support our customers in the south west region.

Overall Job Purpose:

* To attend customer sites to repair various manufacturers’ office equipment within the agreed service level agreement.

Main Duties:

* Repair and maintain printer hardware to MFP level.

* Be competent in software issues associated with all printer technologies.

* Replacement and configeration of equipment

* Provide support to our client base including retail customers.

* To provide a high level of customer service to our customers.

Skills and Experience:

* Good experience gained repairing printers

* Familiarity with leading printer manufacturers’ equipment eg HP, Kyocera, Brother, Samsung etc.

* Network awareness

* Basic PC software /driver awareness

* Smart and professional.

* Keen interest in new and emerging IT technologies.

* Must have a current and valid UK driving licence.
