Senior Site Manager – New Build School – West London – £300

A senior site manager is required to oversee the construction of a new school business centre. The £13.5m project will need to be taken out of the ground all the way through to finishes. All aspects on this scheme will be finished to a high standard and will require someone with an excellent all round experience from the start of a project to the end.

The successful Site Manager will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressurised environment and have proven experiences working to tight deadlines. They will ideally be from a fixing, engineering or bricklaying background and have experience of dealing with all aspects of New Build through to Fit Out. This is a temporary role for at least 5 months with the possibility of going perm if the candidate proves them self.

Role/duties:

* Ensure smooth construction process including
* Managing of all site labour and sub-contractors
* Management of the programme & minimising/eliminating potential programme delays

The Site Manager will also liaise with the project team, be involved in progress meetings and ensure Health & Safety Policy is adhered to at all times.
