Salary: £336 – £360 per day
On behalf of one of our clients we are looking to recruit an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee Dry lining, 1st & 2nd fix on a large residential scheme in Manchester.
The Site Manager will be working as a part of a team responsible for overseeing 2million drylining package.
The contractor is a principal contractor who on this package are labour only
Reporting to the Project Manager, your duties will be:
Day to day management of trades
Health and safety
Site Inductions
Overseeing materials
Rams/Risk assessments
Hours 8am to 17.30pm Monday to Friday with some weekend work
The successful candidate will have experience of managing drylining packages on either residential, hotels or student accommodation.
