V-3 Are currently working in partnership with an outstanding forward thinking company based in Portsmouth. Due to continued success we are now looking to grow their Sales Staff. We are looking for a Sales Manager who can drive a team of hungry, driven Sales Executives.

About The Role-

Monday-Friday 8am-5.30pm (However top performing Managers will work outside this)

£35,000 – £40,000 (Negotiable)

OTE min £60,000 (Top performers can earn up to £100K)

This role would suit very enthusiastic and ambitious Team Leaders / Sales Manager from ideally an ‘in-house’ Sales environment. (B2B or B2C)

Sales Managers will need previous experience and must be able to lead a team to success! As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for – *Training *Developing *Coaching *Driving a successful team of up to 10 Sales Executive on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for driving new business for the company and would be expected to prospect clients and convert deals!

This is an exciting fun and energetic role and really would suit someone a like minded Sales Manager!
