WasteRecruit have been retained by a regional resource management company, owned by a local authority, to support the selection of a commercial sales manager.
This role will involve you in the strategic development of the business, through the leadership of the sales team and the development and delivery of industry leading services.
The values of the business focus on the development of staff, provision of best practice services and profit for the public good. The company has invested a lot over the past year in developing their processing capability and are now in a position to really add value to the supply chain as well as adding new services to clients.
We are interested in engaging with candidates who have a track record in business development through the leadership of a well-trained sales team. You must be well versed in sustainability and the circular economy, supporting the business as it transitions away from traditional service provision.
