Facilities Manager

An excellent FM opportunity has arisen working for a leading property management company, delivering total FM services to a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties in the city centre. You will have responsibility for managing hard and soft service delivery, contractor performance, monitoring compliance, H&S as well as liaising with tenants and dealing with issues on site. To be considered you must have experience of delivering total FM to multi-tenanted commercial buildings and have worked in a managing agent environment with a good understanding of Health and Safety compliance. Knowledge of setting and managing service charge budgets is also required.
