Workplace description: Overlooking the Moray Firth, with pretty gardens leading down to the seashore, this hotel and leisure club are set within beautiful surroundings. You can choose to dine in the conservatory of the fine-dining restaurant, where there is a ‘Taste of the Highlands’ menu. The hotel offers spacious rooms, elegant design and modern comforts. Many of the bedrooms offer superb sea views.

Main duties and responsibilities: As a Breakfast Chef you will work as a member of the kitchen team and to ensure that the breakfast’s are always presented and produced to the highest possible standard.

Key tasks of a Breakfast Chef include:

– Carry out food preparation in any area of the kitchen, as requested.

– Ensure that all work areas are kept clean, tidy and rubbish free at all times.

– Use equipment as shown, safely and in accordance with health and safety procedures.

– Look at ways to improve the performance and efficiency of the kitchen.

– Work closely with the team to deliver the highest possible standard of service to guests.

You will be working a 4 days on 3 days off shift pattern per week.

Essential criteria: You will have experience of working in a similar role. You will have an excellent attitude towards learning, be passionate about good quality cuisine and show dedication to your career. A stable background is desired for this position.

Charge for accommodation: 61.00 GBP per week
