An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Steel Engineering Manager with a Commercial Shipbuilding background to join my client`s Onsite shipbuilding Supervision team in China.

My client is an established and well regarded Shipbuilding company within the Commercial Marine industry and the successful Steel Engineering Manager will have an existing work load to include working onsite with the shipyard to ensure that the New build program is delivered to the technical specification and ensuring that the Steel Engineering aspects of the new build ship are up to a high standard and fit for purpose.

This Steel Engineering Supervisor opportunity includes the commitment to grow the individual and to and expanding the individuals technical and professional skill set whilst delivering a complex modern offshore new build.

Any Marine Steel Engineering Manager with either a Commercial New build background or a background in complex or extensive commercial refits or Steel Engineering Supervisor who`s familiar with large (100 meter +) new build ships should

This position has the option to be based in China and will involve some travel.
