Engineering Technician

Salary: £31,200 per year

I am currently recruiting for an Engineering Technician for a very well-established and reputable company with a long standing presence in the Crewe area.

The role is working within the service and repair business and duties include:

• Repair and manufacture of electronic equipment using fault finding (both analogue and digital) to component level
• Testing of 240v equipment
• Manufacture of printed circuit boards (PCBs)
• Inspection of safety critical equipment 
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Work to tight deadlines
• Restoration work, 
• Manufacturing to pattern.
• Service and testing of Relays

Requirements

NVQ 3 or ONC in an engineering subject or have completed an apprenticeship in an engineering/electronic environment.

Candidates must have a high level of dexterity and be able to work to high standards, ensuring standard specifications are met at all times.

Attractive hours are on offer, Monday – Friday 8am till 4pm.
