Engineering Coordinator

Engineering Co-ordinator needed near Heathrow.

The successful candidate will also receive a bonus of up to 15% and a generous car allowance.

Job Purpose:
•You will assist the land team in identifying site constraints and assist in preparing technical reports.
•Procure services tenders for new developments ensuring timely appointments, payments and delivery to meet the build programme.
•Ensure utility layouts are checked and are suitable.
•Assist the Engineering Manager with design checks and keep up to date with legislation updates to ensure that the most cost-effective engineering solutions are implemented.
•Complete and manage adoption agreements to ensure that the regions bond targets are met.
•Prepare monthly site update reports.

Skills Required:
•You ideally will have Engineering qualifications such as a HNC/HND or equivalent.
•Must have previous experience within a similar role preferably within a residential firm.
•You will be confident handling negotiations with external bodies.
