International Key Accounts Co-ordinator

Our client, based in Basingstoke, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their International Sales Team as a Coordinator dealing with, and providing, excellent administrative support at an international level to the sales team. Starts ASAP!

Job Role:

* Dealing with international sales enquiries and other related sales calls
* Assisting with the preparation and calculation for International Tenders
* Assist with the responses to Tenders, RFI’s. RFP’s RFQ’s, Internet Bids these will be for International Companies
* Coordinating project activities with the company’s subsidiaries and/or dealers
* General office administration, sales support, diary management and arranging business travel for the department

Preferred Skills:

* To have experience of working at an International Commercial level and to fully understand the terms and conditions of the tender processes and requirements
* If you speak at least one foreign language preferably German and or French (in addition to excellent English both written and verbal), this is desirable
* An excellent communicator who is confident and able to converse at senior operational and management levels
* A high standard of computer skills including Excel, and PowerPoint along with strong attention to detail with good numeracy skills. You will need to do Pivot Tables etc
* Must have a positive attitude with the ability to work to deadlines and have the ability to cope under pressure
* Must be self motivated and able use own initiative when on own in the office
* Being highly organised is a must
