Job description
Operating within an established ISO Integrated Management System. This is a vital role with responsibility for all aspects relating to the Order Processing of Manufactured Products Orders.
Customer satisfaction is the goal and you will be expected to focus your efforts and contribute towards delivery of a first class service to our customers.
Duties will include;
 Prime responsibility for processing internal dootkit orders from order receipt, status reporting through to satisfactory completion within set timescales
 Production planning of manufacturing products
 Customer liaison by telephone and email
 All administration associated with the above

This list is not exhaustive and you will be expected to carry out any reasonable task as requested by your Supervisor/Manager.
