This recruitment company are based near barbican and work in a very specialised market. As a trainee recruitment consultant you will work in a small team within an medium sized company. The sectors worked in are Accounting, Finance and Compliance all within recruitment companies.

There is also a very structured training programme for all motivated graduates, ready to set you up to meet and exceed your targets and earn £35,000 with commission in your first year as a graduate recruitment consultant.

The Graduate Recruitment Consultant Role
This graduate recruitment role will include comprehensive graduate training on the recruitment life cycle, your area of specialty and general business acumen. Once initial training is completed you will be expected to move into full consultancy and your role will include the following recruitment activities:
– To source candidates meeting specific requirements and expand talent pool.
– Maintain and develop candidate relationships.
– Keep candidate data up to date on the recruitment specific software.
– Support consultants with the sourcing and matching of candidates to client requirements.

What We Are Looking For in a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
– A graduate with a 2.2 degree or higher.
– A hardworking and career-driven attitude.
– 12 months office administration or sales experience (preferable but not essential).
– Excellent communication skills.
– Financially motivated with a competitive nature and a strong desire to succeed whilst remaining ethical, empathetic and service-driven.
– An enthusiastic, proactive, positive thinker who is hugely self-motivated.
– An interest in recruitment in the world of business and finance.
