A specialist recruitment firm in the digital media sector are looking to add 2 intelligent, articulate and hard-working graduates to their central London office. Since being established just over a decade ago they work on an ethos of being a different type of recruitment company; one that really focuses on providing a consultative service to their clients. Due to this they have gained a large base of loyal clients, which has in turn allowed the company to grow and allowed for the addition of two new faces.

The successful digital media recruitment consultant will join a team of 12 people in an office where everyone are friends not just colleagues and regularly socialise with each other outside of work having drinks, with activities such as paintballing and even going on holidays! As a recruitment consultant your job will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process from day one including sourcing candidates (through adverts, headhunting and searching databases), client interaction (relationship building, plus business development through referrals and cold calling) and consulting the process between client and candidate. Upon appointment you will be given award winning recruitment training with specialist media sales training built in to help you fully understand the role.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2:1 or above degree essential (top40 university desirable)
• Hard working attitude
• Sales experiences desirable but not essential
