Salary: £33,600 – £42,000 per year
A fantastic opportunity as arisen for a talented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join one of the fastest growing privately owned construction businesses in the UK.
Specialising in the creation of high-quality projects for leading developers, retailers and logistics businesses, the company prides itself on providing an attractive, engaging and motivating working culture.
The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth and the award of new contracts across the North of England, the company are now seeking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the site team on a £25m project in Sheffield. Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will primarily be responsible for supporting them in day to day procurement and subcontractor management.
Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a Main Contracting environment
- Ambition and drive
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to meet deadlines
- Good negotiation skills
