Due to a number of new sites and a consistent work load our client, one of the region’s most prominent contractors are looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

With an experienced Commercial team and excellent support structure, you will be involved in the financial management of construction projects across Devon.

You will assist with both Pre and post contract commercial duties, which will include:

* Ensure contract documents are in up to date and in place

* Assist with sub-contractor procurement / ensure contractual agreement are in place

* Assist with tendering and pricing

* Review monthly valuations

* Payments and invoicing

Successful applicants will be qualified to HNC level or above, have good contracting / housing experience, be a good negotiator and work in a methodical and concise fashion. In return for your expertise is an excellent salary, pension and array of internal benefits
