Infrastructure Engineer / 3rd Line Support / BAU – VMWare 

Support Engineer – VMware, NetApp, Windows Server. 

My client is looking to expand their 3rd Line Support, Infrastructure team due to company growth and therefore require an experienced VMware Systems Administrator. The role is based in East london. The role will see you managing the high availability technical environment comprising of VMware & Windows Server, NetApp SAN, Active Directory and LAN/WAN Networks. 

Your role will consist of support, administration, project work, new deployments and installations with VMware and other technologies, optimising the companys infrastructure as they continue to grow. You will have the opportunity to explore new, emerging technologies and help shape the technical environment. 

Your skills to include: 

– VMware – installation and management of virtualised environments 
– Windows Server – installation and management 
– Active Directory – troubleshooting, DR, Group Policy 
– Good knowledge of Networking technologies – DNS, DHCP 
– Experience of SAN technologies would be of benefit
