International Recruitment Consultant – London

Protocol Education is going global! From our position as the largest provider of staffing and supply services to schools in England, we are expanding internationally. We currently have a couple of exciting opportunities for Consultants and Managers in our new International Schools team, recruiting and placing teachers in schools around the world.

You are an experienced education recruiter or teacher looking for a new challenge in a new market
You want to challenge yourself by recruiting high quality teachers for permanent roles in some of the best international schools in the world
You want to accelerate your career by being in at the start of a new business unit with rapid growth plans
We’re looking for a team of potential leaders to open up a new market for us, working with British-curriculum international schools in Eastern Europe, The Middle East and Asia. Your goal is to help us become the market leader within 3 years – a real challenge! You will recruit and prepare candidates, create demand for your best teachers, develop relationships with schools and manage difficult assignments. You’ll be working long hours and weekends across multiple time zones to provide a premium service level to both school and teachers. You’ll even travel to attend conferences and build your network.

Basic salary: £28,800 – £33,600depending on sales/education/recruitment experience.
