Rullion Resource is part of one of the largest independent recruitment agency groups in the UK. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our highly successful team in Liverpool.
Responsibilities are to provide excellent customer service to our existing client base whilst developing relationships winning new business from new clients.
We offer uncapped commission, a busy and exciting sales environment and full training.

You will have a proven track record winning new business, excellent market knowledge and the ability to build relationships providing the unrivalled customer service Rullion’s success was built on.
You will be part of a successful branch within a company who have already earned a place on impressive PSL’s with some of the UKs largest companies.
We are looking for an experienced consultant who wants to earn commission via our clear, uncapped commission structure based on monthly revenue. Bonus is individual and based purely on monthly revenues rather growth/ prior year meaning that your earning potential is achievable and uncapped.

You will benefit from ongoing training through the Rullion Sales Academy and the potential to earn a professional CertRP qualification.
