Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer

FastTrack Management Services Ltd are a market leader in supplying temporary and permanent staff to a variety of industries worldwide. These industries include Automotive, Rail, Aviation, Construction & Engineering to name a few.

A position has become available to join a growing team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer within the highly successful Automotive Division.

Training is offered to all new Trainee Recruitment Consultants / Resourcers but you must already possess drive, ambition and the ability to think on your feet.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Attracting candidates / operatives through headhunting, networking, cold calling and referrals to help fill vacant temporary and permanent positions for a variety of clients within the Automotive Industry across the UK.
• Preparing, amending and submitting CVs
• Identifying and following up business leads
• Overseeing the interview process and notifying your candidate of the outcome
• Using your sales, persuasion and networking skills

A large proportion of your day will be on the telephone making a high number of calls each day…If this part of the job puts you off, then this is not the job for you.

The successful candidate must live close to the Rickmansworth / Watford area and have their own transport with a full UK Driving Licence.
