European/UK Loss Prevention Manager
Location: UK
Salary: £60,000 – £66,000 + Car, Bonus

Great opportunity for an ambitious Loss prevention professional to undertake a regional role covering stores across Europe. This highly successful retailer is seeking an experienced and talented Loss Prevention professional to support the delivery of Loss Prevention across their UK & European stores.

Applicants should have prior multi-site retail Loss Prevention experience, ideally have experience covering stores across Europe and be happy to travel extensively across European locations.

Required Experience:

• Multi-site Retail Loss Prevention experience is essential
• Applicants will ideally have European LP experience
• Happy to undertake extensive travel across Europe
• Possess a passion for Retail Loss Prevention

Duties will include:

• Managing the retail loss prevention function for a number of retail stores across Europe
• Conducting investigations into external and internal stock loss
• Conduct regular audits into stock loss and instances of fraud
• Work closely with senior Store Managers to identify areas of risk or loss
• Conduct risk assessments at stores across the region
• Conduct staff training in security and shrink awareness
• Lead Shrink awareness training across European stores
