Your new role
As an Assistant Site Manager for this volume house builder you will work closely with the Site Manager to deliver the build programmes on time and to budget.

With a strong focus on quality and health & safety you will supervise teams of tradespeople, both directly employed and subcontractors, ensuring they are supported throughout the build process to achieve their targets.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will either come from a trades background looking to move in to a management role, a Junior Assistant Site Manager looking for a promotion or already have experience of being a successful Assistant Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Site Manager to build homes on time and to budget achieving exceptional quality

* Manage subcontractors, suppliers and trades teams to make sure they hit their KPI’s

* Working with the Site Manager to manage the site’s health & safety

* Take full ownership of the Customer Care responsibilities for the site

What you’ll get in return
