The Company:
Our client is a well-established international company offering Marketing & Communication services

Main duties:
To develop relationship with new clients and partners in order to implement sales growth

The Role:
– To identify new business opportunities and convert prospects and leads into sales
– To develop and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients
– To work on sales targets, individually and as part of the team
– To have experience working with companies / Market expert
– To travel and visit clients / Events & Shows
– To gain a good knowledge of the services and promote them to clients
– To use social media coverage effectively to guarantee maximum exposure

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English (written & spoken) is essential
– Fluent in French and/or in Italian (written & spoken) is essential
– Experience in B2B Sales (Europe / International)
– Experience selling of solutions & services (Media Sales, Sponsorship, Recruitment)
– Proven track record of successful sales (ideally developing new markets)
– Experience in cold calling & dealing with client directly (presentations, product knowledge)
– Experience in achieving and surpassing sales targets
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-level (Networking)
– Target-driven and strategic attitude
– Flexible as travelling will be required – Drivers licence & Passport holder
– IT literate

The Salary:
£28,800 pa + Realistic OTE between £30k pa to £33K pa (first year) + Benefits (21 days holiday pa + private insurance heath, Pension Scheme)
