Senior Site manager

I am currently working with an excellent regional contractor who have an immediate need for a Senior Site Manager to join to run a new social housing scheme close to Guildford.

You will be site based running a traditional build 20 unit scheme for a local HA reporting in to a visiting contracts manager. The scheme is circa £3.5m and being delivered under a JCT form of contract.

Ideally you will have contracting residential experience and must be able to travel to Guildford on a daily basis. My clients work mainly sits in Surrey and the Thames Valley so accessibility to this area would be essential.
