An opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to work on a significant project that is pre-design, pre construction stages analysing pre-tender design, VE and build-ability on a signature residential/mixed used scheme.
We are looking for a Design Management professional that has strong technical knowledge of the full construction process of residential development schemes from groundworks, RC frame structures, External facades engineering, M&E and internal fit out and interior design packages.
You will have experience of working as a Design Manager within a Main Contractor environment, with significant design management experience with a a professional Engineering or architectural qualification. Detailed knowledge and experience of delivery of residential apartment schemes is essential.
