The ‘Employer & Learner Engagement, Marketing and Schools Liaison Manager’ will work closely with the Senior Manager to support the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing and sales opportunities/campaigns. 

Responsible for supporting, coaching and mentoring team members, the successful candidate will support innovation and continuous improvement activities to meet business goals.

Candidates must have significant team leading/management/marketing experience combined with excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. 

To support the Senior Manager for Employer Engagement, Marketing, Learner Recruitment & Schools Liaison to:

• manage the Employer Engagement, Marketing, Learner Recruitment & Schools Liaison Teams, supporting team co-ordinators/leads in the effective delivery of projects and target achievement.
• deliver and analyse strategic plans and campaigns to support business growth, innovation and continuous improvement.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Engender effective collaboration across all teams to meet business goals and monitor/report on individual and team targets. Support innovation and implement continuous improvement processes/practices. Identify, develop, implement and evaluate marketing and sales opportunities/strategies and targeted sector promotional campaigns. Support, coach and mentor teams to deliver high standards of customer service and conduct performance reviews. Maximise all opportunities to promote our growing training provider and its services including through on and off-line marketing activities. Liaise with a range of internal and external sector and industry representatives, bodies and agencies to support business operations.

Ensure the capture of ongoing employer feedback regarding process improvements/future need/new programmes to enhance business services and operations. Ensure the effective use of bespoke Customer Relationship Management systems to record/manage/track all activities. Ensure all paperwork is processed correctly, efficiently and submitted as per requirements. Liaise with a range of departments and personnel to ensure up to date awareness of programmes/services.
