Mechanical Assembly Engineer

Salary: £30,000 – £54,000 per year

We are seeking a Mechanical Assembly Engineer to work for a respected manufacturer of industrial safety equipment.

We are seeking an engineer with Mechanical bias to build and work on compressed air systems which includes high pressure pipework assembly, building control panels, assembling hoses and testing with some electrical work. Monday to Friday 45 hours. A fast paced environment means you will never get bored, with a chance for the right person to advance to a lead engineer role. Past experience in mechanical work is important either in work or DIY capacity. Having the right attitude to work is essential, as well as good problem solving skills, attention to detail, being able to work on your own and using initiative, with flexibility. The work is both varied and interesting. The right person will be rewarded well.
