Internal Sales Coordinator

Salary: £26,000 per year

Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our national client in the recruitment of a internal sales coordinator, initially on a temporary basis although this could lead to a permanent position.

As an internal sales coordinator this role would suit someone who has some previous customer service experience, good communicator and good level of IT skills.

Key Duties:

• Raising and pricing of quotes.
• Managing job orders to conversion and handling any queries n relation to initial quotes and orders.
• Lead generation which can include some outbound calling to customers who have made enquiries.
• Managing pipeline and pro-actively chasing on quotes to convert to orders.

We are looking for a candidate who is happy in speaking to customers over the phone and can provide excellent customer service to our customers.
