Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year

Connect Grp UK Ltd are looking for an individual that has the skills and mindset to work within a fast-paced temp recruitment business. Applicants that are looking to form a career within a commission incentivised industry will be offered the coaching and mentoring needed to further their skill set.

Successful candidates will be tasked with working on behalf of one of the owners of Connect Grp to deliver all customer orders / requirements. We would welcome applicants that have the appetite, organisation and communication skills to work in a high-pressure fast paced temp recruitment environment. If you also wish to demonstrate the ability to sell we would offer a clear career path to becoming a 360 consultant which will be based on your achievements.

Job Responsibilities:

* Liaising with clients and understanding their role requirements.

* Advertising live job vacancies.

* Candidate searching.

* Candidate screening.

* Job filling.

* Recording candidate / customer compliance.

* Customer aftercare.

* CRM management.
