Role: Employer Engagement Executive / Recruiter / Traineeships

Location: radius from Bracknell (from Northampton to Brighton and Southend on Sea to Swindon and will include London, Reading, Oxford, Luton, Chelmsford)

Salary: £27,600 OTE £29,000 + Excellent Company Benefits including: Travel Allowance, Generous Holiday Entitlement, Child Care Vouchers and Equipment to perform the role.

Our client, a successful Training Provider who specialises in the delivery of Apprenticeships and Employability programmes across the UK, is currently looking to appoint an Employer Engagement /Recruiter, who will be responsible for engaging with employers to source traineeship placement opportunities and source candidates looking to embark upon the Traineeship programme.

Key Duties

Covering a radius from Bracknell (from Northampton to Brighton and Southend on Sea to Swindon and will include London, Reading, Oxford, Luton, Chelmsford)

Engage and build relationships with employers, in order to generate placement opportunities for candidates on the Traineeship programme.

Source candidates looking to embark upon the Traineeship programme.

Promote the opportunities for permanent employment by the end of the programme.

Achieve targets for clients on programme and placements sourced.

Liaise with organisations in order to coordinate and maximise recruitment of clients onto programme.

‘Essential Criteria’
Must hold relevant experience of B2B sales in the training industry.
Demonstrate confidence, tenacity and ability to work on own initiative.
Proven experience of working towards targets
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Driver / car owner and flexible with travel
