3rd Line Support Engineer – Windows – Intune, AD, VMware, Exchange etc – Home working – £54,000 pa
Our MSP client are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with solid 3rd Line Support skills and experience to join their expanding team based in Huntingdon. You will be involved in all aspects of 3rd Line Support for both in house and external clients. It is expected that you will be able to hit the ground running and be involved from the outset in supporting client needs.
It is expected that you will have a minimum of 5 years support experience, the last 3 years being spent in 3rd Line Support within a dynamic environment.
You will have sound experience of Windows Server, Exchange, VMware / Hyper-v, DNS / DHCP, Intune, Office / Mail technologies etc as well as Network experience – LAN, WAN, NAT etc. Any experience of Citrix would be an advantage.
This role is 100% home working.
