Neighbourhood Services Team Leader Aldershot

We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Neighbourhoods team for a Neighbourhood Services Team Leader. This role is based in Aldershot and will be a full time role working 37 hours per year. The annual salary is £44,132, per annum.

The primary responsibilities of the Neighbourhood Services Team Leader include:

· To lead the neighbourhood services team in the delivery of a comprehensive, customer focussed responsive cross tenure housing management service that meets the needs of customers and promotes community cohesion.

· Manage the neighbourhood services team to provide a responsive and customer focussed service in line with FW service standards ensuring customers have a single point of contact.

· Manage the team to maintain the business income stream through the timely management of rent accounts and property lettings.

· Produce, implement and regularly review an annual operational plan for the team setting out key objectives; liaising with other managers to understand the needs and priorities of their teams/service areas.

· Review, monitor and approve all cases that are escalated for legal action

Essential criteria required when applying for this role are:

· GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent.

· Recent experience of social housing estate management.

· Able to travel independently and effectively throughout the company’s area of operation – full current driving license and access to a vehicle

Desirable, but not required, criteria includes:

· Professional Housing Qualification

· Experience in managing a team
