Due to our client recently moving their repairs and maintenance service in-house they are currently looking for talented individuals seeking a challenge and the opportunity to shape a cost effective and high performing repairs and maintenance service to their Residents.

As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for leading the commercial team ensuring the delivery of a first class service. You will provide financial analysis and commercial information to the Property Services team and the Shoreline Board when required and work closely with the procurement team with contractor appointment and management, and all purchasing matters.

The successful candidate will ideally be MRICS qualified and working towards FRICS. You will have solid working knowledge of social housing, voids and repairs and maintenance services along with excellent leadership and motivation skills. Strong business improvement skills and a strategic and commercial mind are essential.
