Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year
Commercial Property Paralegal – Hove
An award winning law firm are looking for a Paralegal to join their busy Commercial Property department in Hove.
The role will involve supporting multiple fee earners and will offer a varied and fast paced workload. The role is full time, permanent and is offering a competitive salary and benefits package alongside this.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assisting with a wide range of Commercial Property cases from initial instruction to post completion.
* Preparing and amending documents and correspondence
* Assisting with Land Registry searches and applications
* Dealing with post completion matters
* General administration including filing, scanning, photocopying and archiving of files.
Experience and qualifications required:
* Previous experience within a Commercial Property department
* Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload whilst adhering to deadlines.
