Area Sales Manager

Salary: £78,000 per year

Area Sales Manager required for a leading BMS and Controls company covering the South London and South East Area. Based near: Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Redhill, Croydon, Brighton, Reading, South London. Basic to £65K with a bonus to £30K (uncapped).

ROLE: – Area Sales Manager – BMS:
Selling a highly innovative and best of breed range of HVAC control and BMS products. Their approach is a systems sell, where you find out about customers project’s and match their requirements with products in their range. The customer base includes M&E Contractors, M&E Consultants and System Integrators in the commercial sector.

PERSON: – Area Sales Manager – BMS:
Essential criteria:
Good competitive sales experience.
Commercial BMS experience or very strong commercial mechanical knowledge e.g. commercial valves
System sales approach or ability to sell in a systems and solutions way, rather than just focusing on one product.
Knowledge of System Integrators or M&E Contractors and Consultants.

PACKAGE: – Area Sales Manager – BMS:
Basic: To £65K depending on experience
Bonus c£30K paid quarterly.
