Sales Manager – Based in Reading, Hampshire – commutable from Newbury, Woking, Farnborough, Godalming, Basingstoke

UNCAPPED OTE up to £60,000 in your first year – £30,000 – £40,000 basic

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Sales, Business Development Manager with a fresh dynamic approach to join a well-established Sales team immediately.

Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, however you must be flexible to business needs and requirements. Salary: 30,000 – £36,000 – £48,000basic, 50k OTE

As the Sales, Business Development Manager you will be expected to complete 30% of the sales yourself and 70% of your time will be motivating and training team, therefore this role is for a very pro-active target driven Sales Manager with business to business sales experience WHO THINKS OUTSIDE OF THE BOX!

The ideal candidate:
* Confident in B2B sales and face to face, must generate business yourself and grow a team of B2B sales staff.
* Must have great negotiating skills.
* Be able to work as an individual and as part of a team.
* Must have successful experience of working within a sales management role previously – We are looking for the most successful sales people out there who can provide proof of their success and ranking within their previous employer.
* Must have drive and determined to achieve a goal
* Must be extremely professional and polished both in appearance and communication
*An ideal candidate will have previous experience as a sales manager in a business to business sales environment.
