Recruiting for Care currently have a exciting position for a Personal Health Advisor (Occupational health Nurse) to join a large UK provider of Government Pilot Work Programme initiative which aims to assist people to find suitable and lasting employment.

The role is to work on a new contract which is helping clients who have so far failed to find suitable work following a period on other work programmes. You will be in place to conduct bio-psychosocial assessments for clients, while helping clients in advising, signposting and action planning to help each client to get to a position where they have the best chance of finding work again.

To apply for this role you must have the following Attributes:

– HCPC registered Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist

– Experience of delivering health or wellbeing related group interventions, facilitating workshops or training sessions

– Experience of working with those who are unemployed and/or may have health or wellbeing related issues, disability with an understanding of vulnerable groups

– Experience in the use or good level of understanding of CBT in the context of behaviour change

– Driving licence is essential as will travel around.

– Self starter mentality and able to work on own initiative
