Payroll Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a International entertainment company based near Watford. They are looking for a Payroll Data entry person and also for a Payroll Coordinator to start asap.

The coordinator is expected to demonstrate accurate key functions in timely manner, reviewing reports to verify accuracy of payroll, unions and totals based on the time sheets.

You will answer incoming phone calls, handling client and employee requests.
Proficient knowledge and utilisation of payroll database system.

Maintaining the client relationship as related to the weekly processing of the clients payroll.

Make bank deposits as needed.

Assist in providing information for employee in-queries regarding cheques, stop pays, date of cheques.

Experience:
You will be customer focused
UK payroll experience
Verifying P45s
Payroll reports
Tax incentive tagging
