Salary: £38,400 – £45,600 per year
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Inspector for a Precision Engineering business supplying into the Automotive, Motorsport, and Power Generation industries. Due to increase of orders across their biggest customers as well as bringing on some new customer, they have a need to an addition Quality Inspector.
What does it involve?
The company is looking for an experienced Quality Inspector who has experience working within a fast-paced Sub-Contract Machine Shop to inspect machined parts coming straight from their shopfloor. Reading of drawings, handheld inspection and CMM Programming/Operation is essential.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Experienced Quality Inspector.
- Previous experience in a machine shop environment.
- Reading of technical drawings.
- Use of handheld tools – Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges etc…
- FAIRS.
- CMM Programming on Mitutoyo Mcosmos is essential.
