Maternity Contract Recruitment Consultant – 14 months

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Recruitment Consultant to join our office located in central Chelmsford.

Managing a successful permanent desk for a 14 month maternity contract, the objective of your role is to complete a 360 recruitment role. With the support of a full time Resourcing Consultant you will be responsible for managing a strong existing client base, developing new relationships and completing a sales strategy to ensure continued growth of the desk.

– Developing new relationships and managing existing relationships through face to face meetings, drops, email campaigns and sales calls.
– Interviewing candidates face to face with CBI and assessments.
– Attending meetings and present to clients, developing and managing your own client profile and establish a strong pipeline of vacancies
– Establishing a strong database of candidates and sourcing suitable candidates utilising many different attraction techniques including LinkedIn
– Developing relationships with clients, candidates and the local community
– Marketing vacancies on various sites
– Completing full recruitment process on behalf of clients and working closely with candidates to ensure a unique experience is provided

Proven recruitment experience (any sector) is essential and/or a strong focus on sales.

Hours 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday
Salary – negotiable dependant on experience
