Bonus scheme: Based on team target earning an extra £14k – £16k per annum

Role
You would be an Internal Sales Manager man managing a team of 11 BDEs and two Team Leaders. This role will be a real coaching and development position, so you will be monitoring KPIs, managing call time, call quality and making sure the team books quality appointments for the Field Sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in managing a team and monitoring KPIs, to step into this successful team and generate and monitor good activity.
