REPAIRS CUSTOMER CARELINE OFFICER
Our client, based in Essex is currently recruiting for a Repairs Customer Careline Officer on a temporary basis. The job is due to start a.s.a.p., is initially due to last for 3 months and will be for 37.5 hours per week. The rate for this position is negotiable depending upon experience.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
* Dealing with all incoming phone calls from tenants regarding all aspects including repairs
* Providing suitable advice where at all possible and putting calls through to the correct department if necessary
* Logging calls correctly onto the internal system, arranging contractors to carry out repairs and booking them into the diary appropriately
* Dealing with tenant complaints and arranging call backs to customers where appropriate
The successful candidate must have experience within a contact centre.
