We Are Looking For Permanent Customer Service Executives For Our Client Based In Belfast City Centre URGENTLY.
Your Responsibilities:
• Inbound Customer Service Via Telephone.
• Providing a High Standard of Customer Service to Customers.
• Dealing with First Time Customer Query Resolution when possible, Dealing with Correct Escalation Procedures.
• Using and Implementing Feedback Given From Coaching And Monitoring Sessions.
• Maintaining High Standard Data Security and GDPR Regulations.
• Following your Assigned Daily Schedules and Tasks.
What Are We Looking For?
• Somebody with a Passion for Good Customer Service
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Punctual and Conscientious
• Good Attention to Detail.
Hours:
• 37.5 Hours Per Week
• Monday – Friday 08:00 – 20:00
• If required – Saturday 08:00 – 12.00 (possibly 1 in 4 if at all)
Salary:
• £26,000 per year
• Paid fortnightly
Requirements:
• Customer Services Or Contact Centre Experience
• Full Time Availability
•Photographic ID (Passport Or Driving License)
•Immediate Start
• Fluent In English
