Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per year
An excellent opportunity for an experienced security professional to become part of this leading, national supplier of specialist security services, including Canine, Specialist Detection, Close Protection, Surveillance and investigations. Appreciating and valuing their staff is at the heart of our client`s business as they look to become the employer of choice in their sector.
Based at the main UK site of one of the company`s most prestigious clients, a global brand, you will work as part of the security team providing support from gatehouse to concierge, on a 24/7 shift basis. Additional training as needed will be provided to enable you to do your job to the very best of your ability.
The key responsibilities of the Security Officer (Executive) are to…
– Welcome all visitors and colleagues to the client site and ensure they are well looked after during their time on site
– Facilitate the meeting and greeting of all VIP guests and HNW clients
– Ensure that security of the site is maintained at all times
– Produce relevant, accurate reports as required
– Ensure that efficient and effective support is provided at all times and across all relevant areas.
The ideal Security Officer (Executive) candidate will…
– Hold an SIA license
– Demonstrate broad experience in the UK security industry
– Have experience of working in a similar role
– Hold the First Aid at Work qualification
– Have good computer skills
– Be fluent in English with a high standard of oral and written communication
– Have a cheerful, friendly and helpful manner
– Be experienced in working as part of a team
– Have proven skills in report writing and delivery
– Take a flexible, ‘can do` approach to the job.
