Senior Quantity Surveyors to work on large Civil Engineering / Rail projects in London and the South East

Crossrail Projects, LUL Station Redevelopment Projects, Large Civil Engineering Projects.

I require Senior Quantity Surveyors with Experience working on Rail and major Civil Engineering Projects. The Roles would be based in The London area working on projects from £1 Million to £250 Million. You would ideally have an established background working on / managing Commercial and Civil Rail Projects for a top tier Contractor. You would be working closely with the Commercial Manager and managing a team of Quantity Surveyors, working as the lead commercial contact on site at times.

Requirements:
You must have experience working in for a top tier contractor
NEC 3 Option C Target Cost experience preferable.
Strong academic background
Able to demonstrate having added value to previous projects.
