Business Development Manager (Affiliates)

Evolution Money have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager (Affiliates) to join the New Business department based in Manchester. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £32,400 – £38,400per annum.

The Business Development Manager (Affiliates) Job Purpose

To source, manage and develop new and existing affiliate relationships

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager (Affiliates) include:

– To identify and source new affiliate relationships to deliver incremental volume, using a range of techniques from cold calling, referrals, social media and the internet.

– Hold meetings at all management levels with current and potential affiliates.

– Account management, identify areas for development and create a strategy for improvement.

– Achieve set targets and KPI’s on a monthly basis with regards to new and existing business

– Build presence and be a champion for the brand in the affiliate industry

– Aim to improve conversion rates by assessing the affiliate customer journey

– Able to proactively analyse both positive and negative trends across all accounts

– To undertake any other ad-hoc duties relevant to the post as and when required.

skills and experience of the Business Development Manager (Affiliates) include:

– Proven experience in developing new relationships, to include sourcing new business via affiliate channels

– Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills

– Up to date and working knowledge of all relevant legislation and regulation as stipulated by the FCA

– Minimum of 12 months experience undertaking a similar role, preferably within financial services

– Good knowledge of affiliate networks

– Able to plan own diary and work off own initiative
