Multi-Trade Operative / Multi-Skilled Tradesman
Chippenham & Wiltshire (must live within a 25 mile radius)
Salary £28,931 – £31,824pa
Permanent Roles (39 hours per week)
Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for 2 Multi-Trade Operatives to add to their existing Maintenance DLO teams. You will be responsible for carrying out repair and improvement work to ensure their properties are maintained to a high standard.
Your duties will include undertaking a range of routine and planned domestic maintenance repairs primarily involve the following trades: roofing, site carpentry, guttering, facia renewal, brickwork/pointing, leadwork and maintenance of flat roofing systems but you might be called on to assist with any other type of work
Proactively you will maintain tools and equipment and ensure they are in good working order, you will also work on the refurbishment of all our clients’ properties.
Qualified to City & Guilds standard or equivalent in a building trade or significant practical building experience within another trade is essential. You will be able to undertake work in a timely and efficient manner and possess technical skills to carry out work to a satisfactory standard and within the budget target. Experience of domestic refurbishment/maintenance work would be ideal.
You must be IT literate to operate a mobile working devise for job allocation and completion and be able to read and write emails.

Due to the nature of the role you must have a full driving license and have the ability to work using your own initiative.
